Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working hard on our Oris database, a task now finally completed. I also added the new IWC Mark XX pilot’s watch, and a new take on the Audemars Piguet Code 11.59 tourbillon.
IWC Pilot’s Watch Mark XX
The latest version of the classic IWC Pilot’s Watch carries the Mark XX designation. Like the Mark XVIII, the case still measures 40mm across, though it appears that the lugs are slightly shorter than before. Oris Artelier Hand Winding Small Second
Finally, our Oris database is finished. We now have over 1500 Oris watches and over 60 Oris movements live, going back some 10+ years. One of my favorites is this Artelier Small Second powered by the handwound caliber 396. Now, Imagine if Oris were to recreate this in 37mm… Details!
IWC Aquatimer Automatic
Audemars Piguet’s latest take on the CODE 11.59 is a limited edition of 50 pieces with white gold bezel and lugs over a novel blue ceramic center case – the latter superbly hidden by the pics that are available thus far. Click for all specs!
