Vacheron Constantin 6007A/000G-H042 description
The Vacheron Constantin Métiers d’Art Tribute to The Celestial 6007A/000G-H042 debuted in 2025 as part of a series of twelve watches dedicated to the signs of the zodiac. Each reference combines artistic craftsmanship with the tourbillon caliber 2160.
This version represents Aries. The 39mm white gold case, 10.7mm thick, is set with 96 baguette-cut blue sapphires (~3.87 carats) across the bezel, lugs, and crown. The dial, on a 5N gold base, is decorated with hand-guilloché engraving depicting the ram, complemented by diamonds set to represent the constellation. Ribbed white gold markers and dauphine-style hands provide the time display.
It is powered by the automatic caliber 2160, a peripheral rotor movement measuring 31mm in diameter and 5.65mm in height. It beats at 18,000 vph, has 30 jewels, and delivers a power reserve of 80 hours. The tourbillon at 6 o’clock doubles as the small seconds display. Movement finishing includes Geneva Seal standards, with polished bevels, Côtes de Genève, and a hand-finished Maltese cross-shaped tourbillon carriage.
Water resistance is rated at 30 meters.
