The Tudor Pelagos FXD GMT M2542G267NU-0002 represents the 2026 execution of the Pelagos FXD GMT, a model originally introduced in 2024 and developed in collaboration with the Aéronautique Navale, the aviation branch of the French Navy. As with other FXD references, updated reference numbers are assigned for subsequent production years without changes to the core design or specification.
The watch features a 42-millimetre titanium case with a satin-brushed finish and fixed strap bars machined directly into the case. Case thickness is stated at 12.7 millimetres, with a lug width of 22 millimetres. The case is fitted with a sapphire crystal and a titanium screw-down crown embossed with the Tudor shield. Water resistance is rated at 200 metres.
The bidirectional rotating bezel is executed in titanium and fitted with a black ceramic insert bearing a 24-hour scale. The dial is matte black and features beige-coloured printed hour markers.
Powering the watch is the Manufacture Caliber MT5652-U, a COSC- and METAS-certified automatic movement with a bidirectional winding rotor system. The calibre provides an integrated GMT function and offers a stated power reserve of approximately 65 hours. It meets the requirements of the METAS Master Chronometer certification, including resistance to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss, precision testing across multiple positions and temperatures, and verification of water resistance and power reserve.
The Pelagos FXD GMT M2542G267NU-0002 is delivered on a one-piece green fabric strap secured with a titanium buckle. An additional removable fabric keeper bearing the emblem of the French naval aviation unit is supplied.
