The TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph CBS2113.BA0053, introduced in 2026, marks an evolution of the modern Carrera Glassbox chronograph by adopting a larger 41 mm stainless steel case, expanding on the 39 mm format used for earlier Glassbox references of this generation. The increase in diameter preserves the collection’s defining design principles while offering a broader dial opening and increased visual presence, consistent with contemporary Carrera chronograph proportions.

The case features alternating brushed and polished surfaces and is fitted with a domed sapphire crystal that extends seamlessly into the dial flange, a defining characteristic of the Glassbox construction. This architecture enhances depth perception while maintaining an unobstructed view of the chronograph scales. The blue circular-brushed dial is complemented by a matching blue flange bearing a white 60-second and minute scale with tachymeter markings.

Three recessed azuré-finished sub-dials are arranged in a tricompax layout, with a 30-minute chronograph counter at 3 o’clock, a permanent seconds display at 6 o’clock, and a 12-hour chronograph counter at 9 o’clock. Each counter is fitted with a rhodium-plated polished hand. The central chronograph seconds hand is also rhodium-plated.

Applied rhodium-plated hour markers and faceted hour and minute hands are filled with white Super-LumiNova. The dial is signed with an applied TAG Heuer shield and printed “Carrera” and “Swiss” markings. Round chronograph pushers flank the steel crown. The watch is fitted with a seven-row stainless steel bracelet secured by a butterfly folding clasp with safety push-buttons. A sapphire caseback reveals the automatic chronograph movement, and the right-hand lug bears a Victory Wreath engraving. Water resistance is rated to 100 metres.
