The Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional 310.63.42.50.02.001 debuted in 2021 and presents the Moonwatch in 18K Canopus Gold paired with a leather strap configuration. The watch follows the fourth-generation Speedmaster design language and retains the historically derived Moonwatch case architecture.

The 42 mm asymmetrical case is crafted entirely from 18K Canopus Gold and features the characteristic twisted lugs and crown-guard profile associated with the Moonwatch Professional. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the dial, while the water-resistant construction is rated to 50 metres.

The dial is executed in sun-brushed 18K Canopus Gold with a stepped construction. The chronograph registers are rendered in the same gold tone, maintaining a uniform appearance across the dial surface. Applied hour markers and the applied Omega logo are also produced in 18K Canopus Gold, while Moonwatch-style hands preserve the familiar professional layout.

Surrounding the dial is a black ceramic bezel ring fitted with an Omega Ceragold tachymeter scale, including the traditional dot over 90. This combination pairs modern ceramic materials with precious-metal detailing while maintaining a defining Speedmaster design element.

The caseback is crafted in polished 18K Canopus Gold with double bevels and is engraved with the inscription “FIRST WATCH WORN ON THE MOON.” Powering the watch is the manually wound Omega Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 3861, finished to a special luxury standard. The movement drives the central chronograph seconds, 30-minute recorder, 12-hour recorder, and small seconds display, and is certified as a METAS Master Chronometer for precision, magnetic resistance, and performance.

The watch is fitted with a leather strap secured by a foldover clasp in 18K Canopus Gold.
