The NOMOS Ludwig 33 Duo 241.S5 debuted in 2026 as a limited edition produced exclusively for the Japanese market. The watch is housed in a stainless steel case measuring 32.8 mm in diameter and approximately 6.5 mm in height, with a lug-to-lug length of 42.2 mm. A sapphire crystal protects the dial, while the sapphire display back allows a view of the movement. Water resistance is rated to 5 atm.

The dial is finished in a white, enamel-like galvanised silver surface and features an indigo-coloured typographic layout. Roman numerals and diamond-shaped markers are integrated into a traditional railway minute track. Heat-blued, leaf-shaped hands indicate hours and minutes, with no seconds display. The overall dial layout is symmetrical and restrained, consistent with the Duo configuration.

Powering the watch is the NOMOS manufacture calibre DUW 4001 Duo, a hand-wound movement derived from the DUW 4001 architecture and adapted for two-hand displays. The movement measures 2.6 mm in height, operates with 17 jewels, and provides a power reserve of approximately 53 hours.

The watch is fitted with a beige vegan velour strap made from Alcantara, secured to the case via a 17 mm lug width. Production of this reference is limited to 50 pieces, as indicated by the individual limitation engraving on the case back.
