Zenith 16.9400.670/01.I001 description
The Defy Skyline 36 introduces a new silver dial to the Skyline collection, while retaining the established design, proportions, and technical specifications of the existing 36 mm models. The stainless-steel case measures 36 mm in diameter and preserves the angular architecture characteristic of the Skyline line, including the faceted mid-case and twelve-sided bezel, which in this configuration is set with diamonds. This version was introduced in 2026 under reference 16.9400.670/01.I001.
The dial is finished in silver and decorated with the Skyline’s signature repeating four-pointed star motif, executed through precise engraving. The lighter dial colour alters the overall visual balance of the watch compared to previously released coloured variants, while maintaining the same layout and functional elements. Applied faceted hour markers and hands are filled with Super-LumiNova, ensuring legibility in low-light conditions. A date aperture is positioned at 3 o’clock.
The watch is fitted with an integrated stainless-steel bracelet that follows the angular case geometry and features a quick-change system, allowing tool-free interchange with compatible straps. Water resistance is rated to 100 metres.
Power is supplied by the automatic Elite manufacture calibre, operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour and providing a power reserve of approximately 50 hours. The movement is visible through a sapphire crystal caseback and features a star-shaped oscillating weight.
