The Tissot Le Locle is named after the town of Le Locle in the Swiss canton of Neuchâtel, which is were Tissot is headquartered. Its classic looks and attractive price point have made it a stable piece in the Tissot collection and a gateway watch for budding watch collectors. The model pictured here houses a self-winding 'Powermatic 80' movement, which offers a power reserve of 80 hours once fully wound. Both case and bracelet are partially PVD-coated in rose gold.
Powering various Swatch Group brands as 'Powermatic 80'. Version pictured is Tissot-branded. It is based off the 2824-2. Can be chronometer-certified.
Within the Powermatic family of movement's there are -thus far- three different levels;

C07.8XX; these have a silicon hair spring.
