The TAG Heuer Carrera Chronosprint x Porsche 911 “1964” CBS2043.EB0420 was introduced as a limited edition of 64 pieces, commemorating the year the Porsche 911 entered production. The model is part of the Carrera Chronosprint series and incorporates design and mechanical elements referencing early Porsche competition history.

The watch is housed in a 42 mm case crafted from 18K 5N rose gold, combining fine-brushed and polished surfaces. Water resistance is rated to 100 metres. The crown and chronograph pushers are also manufactured from solid 18K 5N rose gold. A domed sapphire crystal protects the dial, while the sapphire crystal case back is framed in matching gold and engraved with the individual limited-edition number.

The black opaline dial features contrasting chronograph counters at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock, with silver azurage finishing on the 3 and 9 o’clock registers. Red accents are applied to the chronograph hands, flange markings, and dial details, referencing Porsche’s historical “signal red” colour. Applied 18K 5N rose gold-plated hour markers and hands are filled with Super-LumiNova for legibility. The Chronosprint display features a variable-speed central chronograph seconds hand, accelerating during the first portion of its sweep.

Powering the watch is the automatic Calibre TH20-08, an in-house chronograph movement developed specifically for the Chronosprint models. It features a column wheel and vertical clutch architecture, an approximate 80-hour power reserve, and a custom rotor shaped like a Porsche steering wheel.

The Carrera Chronosprint x Porsche 911 “1964” CBS2043.EB0420 is delivered with two perforated calfskin leather straps, one in black and one in light brown, both equipped with a quick-change system. All specifications aside from material and aesthetic execution are specific to this limited edition within the Carrera Chronosprint range.
