Patek Philippe 27000M-001 description

The Patek Philippe Reference 27000M-001 debuted in 2025 as a complicated desk clock combining perpetual calendar functionality with extended autonomy and traditional handcrafts. The rectangular cabinet is manufactured from sterling silver and measures 164.6 × 125 mm, with an overall thickness of 76.73 mm. The exterior is decorated with green Grand Feu flinqué enamel panels, guilloched with a swirling pattern, and accented by vermeil decorative elements. The clock is protected against humidity and dust but is not water-resistant.

The dial is finished in silvery opaline with black transfer-printed indications. Time is displayed via a subsidiary dial with pear-shaped blackened white-gold hour and minute hands, while a large central seconds hand provides a jumping seconds indication. Calendar indications include day, date, month, leap-year cycle, day/night indication, moon phases, and a weekly calendar with the week number shown through a mobile frame. Power reserve is indicated centrally by hand and calibrated for a maximum of 31 days.

Powering the clock is the manually wound manufacture calibre 86-135 PEND S IRM Q SE. Developed over a seven-year period, the movement comprises 912 components and incorporates a constant-force mechanism designed to maintain a rate accuracy of ±1 second per day. It operates at a frequency of 28,800 semi-oscillations per hour (4 Hz), uses a Gyromax® balance with a Spiromax® balance spring, and delivers a 31-day power reserve from a triple-barrel architecture. The movement contains 83 jewels and is finished to the standards of the Patek Philippe Seal.
