For the design of the Globemaster, Omega looked back at their history and took cues from different noteworthy chronometers. The 'pie-pan' dial is one of the features most loved in the Constellation models from the fifties and early sixties. The ridged bezel also appeared on models made in the sixties and seventies. The present model, ref. 22.214.171.124.02.001, has a 'Sedna' gold case and a silver dial.
