826 description
Calibre 826 is a manual-winding movement developed, produced, and assembled entirely in-house by Jaeger-LeCoultre for the Reverso Tribute Nonantieme 'Enamel'. Comprising 243 components and 19 jewels, it measures 6.38 mm in thickness and operates at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz), with a power reserve of 42 hours.
Engineered to fit the rectangular Reverso case, the calibre integrates a Grande Date display using two side-by-side discs—an in-house patented mechanism introduced in 2021—allowing both digits to appear on the same visual plane. The digital hour display on the reverse side employs a semi-jumping mechanism, chosen to reduce energy consumption and ensure smoother transitions. The movement displays hours and minutes on both dials.
