Mechanical movement with flying minute tourbillon at 9 o'clock and small seconds at 6 o'clock. Plate and three-quarter bridge made of nickel-silver.

The flying minute tourbillon at “9 o’clock” attracts curious glances. Gracing the dial on the opposite side, at “3 o’clock”, is the flowing signature of company founder F.A. Jones. The IWC-manufactured 98900 calibre belongs in the tradition of the 98 calibre, which was first designed in the 1930s and has since been continuously improved.
