IWC IW3881-17 description
The IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 TOP GUN Miramar IW3881-17 debuted in 2025. This reference marks the first time IWC applies a Pantone®-certified ceramic color to a stainless steel case. The watch features a 41mm stainless steel case paired with a rubber strap and dial in “TOP GUN Miramar” blue—a color inspired by the light blue t-shirts worn by elite TOPGUN instructors. This model is not limited.
The IW3881-17 is powered by IWC’s caliber 69385, a self-winding column-wheel chronograph movement with a power reserve of 46 hours. The movement architecture places the 30-minute totalizer at 12 o’clock and the small seconds at 6 o’clock, following IWC’s characteristic vertical chronograph layout. Rhodium-plated hands filled with Super-LumiNova® ensure legibility under low-light conditions.
The open sapphire case back offers a view of the movement, underscoring the technical execution behind the design. The watch is also fitted with IWC’s EasX-CHANGE® system, allowing for quick and tool-free strap swaps.
With its aviation roots, high-performance movement, and distinctive color concept, the IW3881-17 expands the Colors of TOP GUN collection into new territory—blending steel construction with ceramic-inspired design cues for the first time.
