The IWC Big Pilot's Watch IW501008 is a limited edition of 138 pieces created for the London IWC Boutique. It is powered by the self-winding caliber 52010, which features smalls seconds at 9:00. The case back is engraved with the image of a ship that is also found on the façade of IWC's 138 New Bond Street boutique.
