Glashütte Original 1-39-11-09-61-06 description
The Glashütte Original SeaQ 1-39-11-09-61-06 debuted in 2024 as an evolution of the core model first introduced in 2020, now featuring a sapphire crystal case back for a full view of the in-house movement.
This diver’s watch features a 39.5 mm stainless steel case, water resistant to 20 bar (200 meters) and compliant with DIN 8306 and ISO 6425 dive watch standards. A unidirectional rotating bezel with blue ceramic inlay and a luminous triangle marker ensures accurate dive timing. The screw-down crown and solid construction contribute to its professional-grade performance.
The galvanic blue dial, manufactured in-house and finished with a subtle sunray effect, is paired with applied Arabic numerals and indexes coated with Super-LumiNova. Broad luminous hands further enhance legibility in low-light conditions.
Powering the watch is the Glashütte Original calibre 39-11, an automatic movement with a 40-hour power reserve and traditional finishing visible through the transparent case back. Decorative details include the three-quarter plate, swan-neck fine adjustment, and a skeletonized rotor with the brand’s double-G emblem.
This version of the SeaQ is worn on a black rubber strap secured by a stainless steel pin buckle, offering a classic and comfortable fit suitable for both underwater exploration and daily wear.
