Glashütte Original 1-36-13-01-80-33 description
The Glashütte Original SeaQ Panorama Date 1-36-13-01-80-33 debuted in 2019 as a robust yet refined diver’s watch within the Spezialist collection. This reference is fitted with a black rubber strap closed by a stainless steel folding clasp, offering durability and comfort suited to aquatic and everyday use.
The stainless steel case measures 43.20 mm in diameter and features a mix of brushed and polished finishes. The bezel, fitted with a black ceramic inlay, rotates unidirectionally with a precise click, ensuring accurate dive-time tracking. A screw-down crown with guards and a centrally mounted sapphire crystal case back underscore its functional construction.
The galvanic black dial is finished with a subtle sunray brushing. Applied Arabic numerals and markers are filled with white Super-LumiNova, while the hands are inlaid with green-glowing luminous material for optimal visibility in low-light conditions. The signature Panorama Date display is positioned at 4 o’clock, using two concentric discs for seamless date alignment.
Powering the watch is Glashütte Original’s Calibre 36-13, an in-house automatic movement with a 100-hour power reserve, a silicon balance spring, and bayonet-style case mounting for enhanced shock resistance. Decoration includes Glashütte stripes, polished bevels, and a skeletonized rotor with a 21-carat gold oscillating weight—all visible through the transparent case back.
Tested to DIN 8306 and ISO 6425 standards, the watch is water-resistant to 30 bar and undergoes the Glashütte Original Excellence Test, a 24-day in-house protocol simulating real-world usage.
Alternative strap options include a synthetic strap or stainless steel bracelet with an 8-step fine adjustment system.
