The Eberhard Contodat 41156.03 debuted in 2025. The Contodat Automatic is a mechanical wristwatch with automatic winding, inspired by an Eberhard & Co. model from the 1970s that was originally produced only as a chronograph. Its design carries over defining features of that era, including the symmetrical layout with a trapezoidal date aperture at 3 o’clock and a small seconds counter at 9 o’clock accented by a contrasting orange hand. Alternating soleil and azuré dial finishes emphasize both light play and vintage character.

This version features a stainless steel case with a polished bezel, domed sapphire crystal with internal anti-reflective coating, screw-down crown, and a screwed steel case back engraved with golden details and the Latin phrase “UBI TU IBI EGO.” The integrated bracelet alternates polished and satin-finished links and is secured by Eberhard’s patented 2CLICK® deployant clasp.

The argenté dial displays a sunburst center surrounded by an azuré-finished outer ring. Blue azuré small-seconds counter and applied luminous hour markers provide contrast, while the skeletonized rhodium-plated baton hands ensure clear legibility. A trapezoidal date window with applied frame is positioned at 3 o’clock.

Inside ticks the self-winding caliber SW290-1, displaying hours, minutes, small seconds, and date.
