Eberhard 31081.03 CP description

The Eberhard Chronographe 1887 31081.03 CP debuted in 2024 as part of a 250-piece limited edition marking the founding year of Eberhard & Co. The model draws inspiration from the Maison’s chronographs of the 1930s, reinterpreting their distinctive lines and mechanical sophistication for the present day.

This edition features a stainless steel case with domed sapphire crystal with internal anti-reflective coating, a vintage-style crown with coaxial chronograph push button, and a case back secured by four screws with sapphire display center and engraved steel perimeter. It is fitted with a hand-stitched alligator leather strap and a personalized steel buckle, with the Déclic® deployant clasp available as an option.

The dial combines a bronze-toned central section—achieved through a special metal deposition process—with a silvered perimeter band and subdials. Black polished applied hour markers and Arabic numerals at 12 and 6 contrast against the warm background. A spiral blue tachymeter scale, telemeter and minute tracks to one-fifth of a second, and diamond-finished rings between the outer scales complete the vintage-inspired layout.

Inside ticks the hand-wound caliber EB 280, developed and customized by Eberhard & Co. The movement features a column wheel and flyback function, with the upper chronograph bridge shaped like the Maison’s Shield emblem, visible through the sapphire case back.
