The Rolex Oyster Perpetual 34 124245RBR-0002 debuted in 2026 as a gem-set precious-metal variant within the Oyster Perpetual collection, combining a 34 mm Oyster case in 18 ct Everose gold with a white mother-of-pearl dial, diamond-set hour markers, a diamond-set bezel, and an Oyster bracelet.

Its Oyster case measures 34 mm in diameter and follows the established Oyster construction with a monobloc middle case, screw-down case back, and Twinlock screw-down winding crown. The case is executed entirely in 18 ct Everose gold, while the bezel is set with diamonds. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal covers the dial side, and water resistance is rated to 100 metres.

The dial is executed in white mother-of-pearl and fitted with hour markers in 18 ct gold at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock, set with 12 diamonds. As on other Oyster Perpetual references, the display consists of central hours, minutes, and seconds without a date. In this configuration, the natural variation of the mother-of-pearl surface is combined with gem-set markers and a gem-set bezel, giving the reference a more decorative presentation within the otherwise time-only Oyster Perpetual line. The dial also features a Chromalight display with long-lasting blue luminescence.

Inside is Rolex calibre 2232, a self-winding mechanical movement with central hours, minutes, and seconds, and stop-seconds for precise time setting. It offers a power reserve of approximately 55 hours and is equipped with a Syloxi silicon hairspring with patented geometry and Paraflex shock absorbers.

The watch is fitted with an Oyster bracelet in 18 ct Everose gold with three-piece solid links. It is secured by an Oysterclasp folding clasp and incorporates the Easylink comfort extension system, allowing approximately 5 mm of on-the-wrist adjustment.
