The Oyster case measures 40 mm in diameter and is fashioned entirely from 18 ct Jubilee Gold. It follows the established Day-Date architecture, with a monobloc middle case, screw-down case back, and Twinlock screw-down winding crown. The fluted bezel remains one of the key identifiers of the model, while the sapphire crystal incorporates a Cyclops lens over the date and benefits from anti-reflective coating. Water resistance is rated to 100 metres. In this reference, the polished case surfaces and the fluted bezel place greater emphasis on the alloy itself, allowing the new metal to function as one of the watch’s principal distinguishing features.

The watch is fitted with a President bracelet in 18 ct Jubilee Gold, a bracelet type historically reserved for the Day-Date and precious-metal versions of the Datejust. In this execution, it combines polished centre links with satin-finished outer links and polished edges, and incorporates ceramic inserts inside the links to reduce wear and improve flexibility on the wrist. The concealed folding Crownclasp preserves the continuity of the bracelet’s profile.
